The Perry Hotel Naples Set to Launch This Fall

Set to open this fall, The Perry Hotel Naples promises to be a stunning addition to North Naples. Located along the picturesque Cocohatchee River, this seven-floor, 160-room boutique hotel will be the second establishment under the Key West hotel brand, The Perry. The property, spanning 6.3 acres, was acquired by FOD Perry Naples LLC of Key West for $4.8 million in August 2021. The purchase from Bay House Campus LLC, former owners of The Bay House restaurant, was made for the site at 805 Walkerbilt Road—previously earmarked for a boutique hotel.

The ambitious $80 million development includes luxurious amenities such as a ground-floor pool with an adjacent activity lawn, a poolside tapas restaurant, and a fitness center. Additionally, guests can indulge in the ultimate relaxation on the open-air deck, which boasts a rooftop pool, a poolside bar, and the Tigress Rooftop Restaurant & Bar, offering exquisite Asian fusion cuisine.
